1. Who we are

Steadfolio ("we," "us," "our") is an investment education platform, currently operated by an individual based in Greece ahead of formal business registration. You can reach us at info@steadfolio.eu.

2. What Steadfolio is - and isn't

Steadfolio, including our AI coach Sofia, provides educational content only. Nothing on this site or within the app constitutes financial, investment, tax, or legal advice, and nothing should be interpreted as a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any specific security, fund, or asset.

Any decisions you make about your own money are yours alone. We strongly encourage consulting a licensed financial advisor before making investment decisions.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use Steadfolio. By using the service, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

4. Your account

• You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
• You're responsible for the accuracy of information you provide.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts used in violation of these terms.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service - including attempting to disrupt it, reverse-engineer it, scrape it, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

6. No investment outcomes are guaranteed

Steadfolio makes no guarantees about investment performance, financial outcomes, or the accuracy of historical or simulated data used for educational purposes. Past performance shown in any simulation or historical data tool does not predict future results.

7. Subscriptions (future)

Steadfolio currently offers free access during its early testing phase. If and when paid subscription tiers are introduced, updated terms covering billing, cancellation, and refunds will be published and made clearly available before any charges apply.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Steadfolio and its operator are not liable for any financial losses, damages, or decisions made based on use of the platform.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use of Steadfolio after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Greece, without regard to conflict of law principles.
